These terms apply when you use propod.au or buy from us. "We" and "us" mean Imayse Pty Ltd (ABN 78 654 736 599), the company that makes Propod®. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Returns & refunds policy and our Privacy policy.
1. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded. If anything in these terms conflicts with those rights, your rights apply.
2. Who can buy
We currently sell and deliver to addresses in Australia only. You need to be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Products and descriptions
We do our best to describe and show our products accurately, including pod capacity, colours and what's in each bundle. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. Each pod holds around 35g of powder, but the exact amount depends on how dense your powder is.
Propod is designed to hold dry powders and small items and to work in standard shaker bottles. It isn't designed for regular drink bottles. For the longest life, we recommend hand washing in warm, soapy water.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
- Delivery is charged at checkout (currently $6.99 flat rate Australia-wide) and shown before you pay.
- We accept card payments through Shopify Payments, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay. If you choose Afterpay, your instalment plan is with Afterpay and its terms apply to that plan.
- If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a mistake, we'll contact you before shipping. You can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the payment can't be processed, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel, we'll let you know and give you a full refund.
Want to change your order? Email us as soon as possible. We can usually make changes before your order ships.
6. Delivery
We ship to the address you give us at checkout, so please check it carefully. Any delivery times we give are estimates. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll sort it out. Ownership and risk pass to you once your order is delivered.
7. Returns, refunds and our 21-day guarantee
Our Returns & refunds policy explains our 21-day money-back guarantee and what happens if a product is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.
8. Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes must be entered at checkout and have no cash value. Unless the offer says otherwise, only one code can be used per order. Each promotion's own conditions, such as an expiry date or minimum spend, are shown with the offer.
9. Reviews and content you share
If you leave a review, tag us on social media or send us photos, please keep it honest and respectful, and only share content you have the right to share. You give us permission to show that content on our website and social media, credited to the name you provided. We won't edit a review to change its meaning, and we don't remove reviews just because they're negative. We may remove content that is offensive, unlawful or unrelated to our products.
10. Our content and trade marks
Propod® and the content on this website, including text, photos, videos and designs, belong to us or our licensors. You can share links to our pages, but please don't copy or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
11. Using our website
Please don't misuse our website. That includes trying to disrupt it, accessing it in ways it isn't designed for, or placing orders using someone else's details without permission. Our website may link to other sites, such as Instagram or Afterpay, which have their own terms.
12. Liability
Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (section 1), we're not responsible for loss that wasn't reasonably foreseeable, or for loss caused by using a product in a way it wasn't designed for. Where the law allows us to limit our liability for goods that aren't of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal or household use, our liability is limited to replacing the goods, repairing them, or refunding the price you paid.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply only to orders placed after the updated terms are published on this page. The terms that applied when you placed your order continue to apply to that order.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Nothing in this section stops you from using any consumer dispute service or court available to you where you live.
