How much does a pod hold?
About 35g of powder. The exact amount depends on how dense your brand's powder is.
Do I still need a shaker ball?
No. The pod goes into your shaker with the powder and acts as the shaker ball, so everything mixes without a separate one.
Will it fit my shaker?
Propod fits standard shaker bottles. It isn't recommended for regular drink bottles.
Can I mix different supplements?
Absolutely. Pre-workout on top, protein underneath, creatine in between. Build your stack however you train.
How do I clean it?
Hand wash with warm, soapy water for the longest life. Customers also use the dishwasher without issues.
